1. Return Eligibility

Unopened/Unused only: For hygiene and safety, fragrances and personal-care items can be returned only if sealed, unused, and in original packaging (including cellophane/shrink-wrap, labels, and any gifts).

Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Non-returnable: Opened, used, or damaged items; items marked final sale; gift cards.

2. How to Start a Return

Email info@herbienne.com with:

Order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return and photo(s) of the unopened product and packaging

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

3. Condition & Inspection

Returned items must arrive in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive used, opened, or damaged (including leakage or broken atomizers).

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for the product price excluding original shipping fees.

Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for refunds to appear, depending on your bank.

If a discounted bundle is partially returned, the kept items revert to their original (non-bundle) pricing.

5. Exchanges

At this time we do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Faulty/Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@herbienne.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

8. Refused/Undeliverable Packages

Shipping fees for refused or undeliverable parcels are non-refundable. If the package is returned to us, we will refund the product price minus any carrier return fees (where applicable).
